Hi everyone,

I got a sad update this morning regarding my EE PR application. ???

My application got cancelled because I only uploaded the Educational Credential Assessment letter from WES without the copy of my foreign degrees.
I did not uploaded the copy of my degrees, because on the upload interface in the blue information bulb was asking only for a 'Canadian Recognized proof of eduction'.
In the same time CIC website requires degree evaluation AND the copy of the degrees.

In their email CIC told me that my application is now cancelled and that I ll get a 50% refund.

At the end the problem is the contradictory information between CIC website and CIC uploading platform.
I was using the French version, and had noticed a lot of bugs, and content issues.

Do you think there's a way to send them the copy of my degrees? and saying that this was because of the contradictory information.
Is there a way I can contact them?

Thanks,

Only if you can prove that the platform only asked for the ECA. I don't know about on the French version but in the English one it definitely specifically asks for the copies of the degrees, not the ECA.
If you can show them where you provided what was asked for, then maybe its worth a shot sending a CSE with your degrees. If you can't you should just re-enter the pool.
Even if you can prove it to them, it takes about 30 days for a response to a CSE and I don't know how long again to re-open an application. Might just be better to re-apply anyway.

Try a CSE to upload your degrees but also do re-apply. The CSE is a longshot but you never know.
