Express entry application - Canadian Experience class

Hi all.

I have a question. I am about to file my PR application. I cam to Canada 2015 August. I have a bachelors degree from India and after I finished my degree I transferred my credit to canada and I did a three years bachelors degree in two as the university gave me some credits. I have a 3 years BA degree from India and a 3 years bachelors degree in canada which I completed in two years. My degree from India has been sent to WES. I have 1 year experience in NOC B. My celpip score is: Reading - 7, Writing - 8, speaking -8 and listening - 7.
The question is I should be applying for my PR under Canadian experience class or express entry? My celpip score is low so should I try to give the exam again or am I eligible to apply with this score?

How many points do you have under the Express Entry / CRS points system? Being selected through either EE or CEC is all based on how many points you have.

As I have two degree one from india and one in canada I don't understand which option to choose in this quesyion:
What is your level of education?

Enter the highest level of education for which you:

• earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate or
• had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if you did your study outside Canada. (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)

Note: a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate must either have been earned at an accredited Canadian university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute in Canada. Distance learning counts, but only if it made up less than half your study.

The first question u put your degree from India and then it will ask if your studies in Canada

So I will choose Bachelors degree option in the first one and Bachelors degree under the second option?

It’s a 3 years degree u did in Canada and u fast track it and finish in 2 years, CIC said to still put the 3 years

Yes I finished in two years because I got credits so should I still choose 3 years in the second option?

Yes.. make sure your degree from India was assessed by Wes or one of those place. Put what is on the Wes evaluation slip.. then for the next one u choose what level u studied in Canada

A lot of people told me to choose the option two or more in the first question for education

I am currently in Canada and working here for just over a year.

In the work history section, when I select this job as my current job, it gives 3 questions:

Working legally in Canada during this time?


A person must have:

• been working on a valid work permit or exempt from needing one,
• had legal status the whole time they were in Canada, and
• not stayed longer than the approved time period.

Answer (I gave) : Yes

2)
Studying full-time while doing this job? A person must be in class at least 15 hours per week during the academic year to be considered full-time. This includes any period of training in the workplace that is part of the study program. (required)

Answer (I gave) : No

3)
Which of these categories does XXXXX's job fall under? (required)

Answer: Options are: No work permit required
Work permit required, No LMIA required
Work permit an LMIA required

What do I answer for the 3rd question. I'm on a PGWP, so i know that I don't need LMIA. But im confused between options 1 and 2. Second option seems like the one for people on closed work permit and exempt from LMIA.

Please someone shed some light.
