Express entry applicants with the Manila Visa Office, please let's meet here

Hello everyone,

Does anyone Know how long it takes for the MVO (Manila visa office) to process express entry applications?

My timeline and profile updates are below:

ITA: Dec 16
eAOR: Dec 22
Medicals done: Dec 15 (on EE profile: "not needed at this time")
BG: not started
Documents review: no additional docs needed at this time.

I am a bit worried as I have not seen any updates on my profile for almost three weeks now. I just want to know if I am on the right track.

Is this a common occurence with MVO EE application processing?

I am also confused with the "medicals not needed at this time" status. I read the requirements before submitting my application and it says there for EE applicants, upfront medicals is needed. I received my ITA on 08 Feb, did my medicals on 23 March, eAOR was on 03 May. Its already 6 June and my application status has not moved from received to in process. Although, based on other threads I've read here, it takes an average of 2-2.5months before FSW-O applications start moving....
