Hi - I received PNP from NS province (NS -Demand express entry program) and applied through express entry on Apr 5th..

Below is my current status:

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents We need an additional document from the applicant

I received my nomination under the category: 2173 (A) – SOFTWARE ENGINEERS AND DESIGNERS

Today I received a communication from CIC requesting for 2 additional forms to be submitted before 21-May.

1. Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees form
2.Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee: A newly completed Schedule 4A - Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - Business Nominees form


I am little confused about filling schedule 4a ; in that form it says it is applicable only for those nominated under Business/entrepreneur /self employed-stream category.

I believe I did not receive the nomination under these programs, but I do not understand why CIC is asking me to fill this form.

So I need help in how to proceed further; should i upload a empty form then..and attach a additional letter saying schedule 4a is not applicable for me..

Can anyone please provide directions as I need to revert back to CIC within 7 days..

There must be 2 upload options for you.
1. Schedule 4 - Submit duly filled.
2. Schedule 4A - Attach an explanation that this does not apply to you.

I think I belong to this thread. Let me share my EE PNP timeline first.

Mar.11: mailed out pnp application
April 19: Got AOR and file number
May 20: received phone call from PNP office
May 28: got nominated
June 12: got ITA from CIC

Now: preparing the supporting documents

I have some questions for the required documents, hope someone can give me some advises:

1. I have 3 work experiences in my home countries, CIC ask me to provide each employment letter and pay stubs if available.
I do have the employment letter, but I did not keep any pay stub for the previous job. Is anyone has the similar situation with me, did you provide the pay stubs for each work experience ?

2. CIC ask for the Offer of Employment, AND Letter of Employment, CIC does not provide explanation for what is Letter of Employment. Is it the PNP employer recommendation letter?

1. Do I need proof of funds? my invitation letter said I am invited to apply PR under PNP. I also met CEC, not FSW. I know CEC does not require it, but my invitation letter said I am under PNP.
I did submit my bank statements in my application on March, but now I want to spend the money out of my bank account.

2. Schedule 4 and 4a? I saw someone are requested to submit schedule 4 and 4a. I did not know this in my submitted application. Will there be a problem? Should CIC contact me to provide them later?

1. No. As a PNP applicant, you will be assessed for CEC first.

2. You can wait for this to be requested.

Sorry to bother you again, regarding the first question. Is it mentioned in CIC website or somewhere that can justify the PoF is not required? Or it is based on the experience of many applicants in this forum?
