Its normal. As long as your application is not approved Eligibility will show In Progress. I have sent my passport to Ottawa they received in overnight still my application saying In Progress in MYCIC. Have you registered for GCMS note yet , 4.50 months not normal, try find out why it is taking so long.Himmatist said:Hi,

I'm waiting for 7 months and I'm a CEC inland. CIC process (or not process) applications based on they criteria. Did you receive any updates on your application?Himmatist said:Hi,
