I am very close in submitting my Express Entry e-APR. I have one question in mind, I didnot got any points for my wife's employment. Since she doesn't have Canadian work experience. I mentioned in my EE application that she was working. His employer is not in town for few weeks and I need job reference letter to upload with my application. Can I just remove her employment details so that it does not prompt me to submit the job reference letter. I will mention that she is working now in the personal history section of the application. Would it be safe to do that.?

Wow that's indeed a record.but now You can call CIC and ask for info, they passed the processing time of 6 months so hopefully you can find out where's your file stuck.

Its not normal, why didnt you order GCMS note, also you should call CIC and find if they forgot to work on your file.

I have the GCMS notes (and I'm waiting for my third notes), but there is no info in it about why my file has no progress. CIC said that there is no maximum processing time on Express Entry.

Yes, but they do not say anything. They could send a note to the officer (it takes up to 90 days) and even this will not guaranty that officer will start to process my file. The processing time is not a 6 months. 6 months is they goal.

In the "Your document checklist", it asks for work experience letters for each single work experience that I claimed. The problem is my employer, for 3 different job title in the same company issued one single letter covering individually all the roles and duties and hours and etc.
Now what should I do with the requirement of the CIC website for different attachments, can I skip it or attach the same letter 3 times? ::)

This seems exactly like my situation. In my case I have uploaded the same letter 3 times and CIC accepted it.
Hope this helps.

Uploaded the same letter twice. CIC accepted it.

Finally I received an explanation about my situation. I called to Member of Parliament (MP) to check the status of my enquiry. They said that my application was sent to the wrong office. It explains why there was no progress on my file. It not explains why CIC refused to admit that there is a mistake for more than 6 months. They did it only after I sent an enquiry to my MP.

P.S. I didn't know that such situation could happen with an online application.

P.P.S Hope I will see progress on my file soon and hope no one will get in the same situation.

It's really new. I have not heard as of date. No one will expect such things may happen even while forwarding application to the respective visa offices.

May i know your visa office?

OMG!!This is ridiculously unacceptable, you submitted your application 2 weeks ahead of me.CIC must consider you're papers now and process it ASAP,sorry to hear that buddy but keep your head up high and hang in there I'm sure you'll get a good news in a few days ;)

Hi All,

I need advice on my situation. I put my Coop work Experience as full time experience, which I just got to know is not accepted as Work Experience, although it was full time and under the Coop Work Permit. I submitted my application on 3rd Oct, until that day, my experience, post Graduation, was 10 months. Now Should I quit my application and wait for another 2 months to receive another ITA?

I will highly appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks
SM

Thank you EmmEmm and Rasber for the reply :)
