I have a question about ppr for outlanders.

After getting ppr I had to send them an email to tell me to which visa office I can take my passport to get my visa. Any one with the same experience know how much it takes to reply?

I think you can submit your passport at VFS in your city.

It might take from 2 days to 2 weeks. But be prepared to submit at anytime.

as soon as you submit your application you receive AOR.... I submitted mine on sat morning and sunday morning i got it.

Is AOR the same as file number? or file number is given before ITA?

AOR is "Acknowledge of Receipt". It's basically a letter that CIC sends you right after submitting your application letting you know that they indeed received it.

I also received on Aug 19th and sent email request to change VO office. Awaiting their reply from Aug 19th till today. Hope we receive soon.

What do you mean by file number? And what do you need it for? Express Entry application and generally manage by application numbers... and this is the same number you obtain when you first create your EE profile; it has this format: E000xxxxxx.

As far as I know, yes.
My PR app # coincides with my EE profile number and it is the number I use to access my ECAS and some other things.
