For FSWP the 1 year experience has to be continuous (no break in-between). And it also has to be in the same job. In the past, it was only required to be same NOC.

For CEC, this does not apply. You only need to have 1 year in total regardless of # of NOC's or time in between jobs.

For instance, I have gotten my PR through EE with 4 months experience as 6322 and 10 months as 2211

Are you certain of this?

I had two positions in the same NOC at the same company and one was 2.5 years and the other was almost one year (at the time of application).

CIC calculated my work experience as 3+ years and gave me 100 points for skills transferability (CLB 9 in all areas plus 3+ years of foreign work experience).

Online. You will get upload slots after ITA.

Hello good people,
First of all Congrats to those who got their Ppr
After my first application was rejected on may 19, I reapplied :
Ita: May 25
Submitted app: July 19
Aor : July 23
Medical passed: August 4 or 5
Add. doc:.rcmp for me and sch. A for my wife Aug 18
Schedule A submitted Aug 19
Ecas: 4 lines

We send our application on august 5, got aor same day, they began processing it on August 11 and requested schedule A for co-aplicant same day. We submitted it later that day. Our medical is passed, background check in progress and today we noticed that there is "decision made" in ECAS. There is no decision explanation, just this. In mycic everything is same, application is open and background check is in progress. This all is happening too fast so I think they rejected us... what do you think guys?

We are in Vegreville and we sent it via Canada Xpress Post - that's what the PPR letter said.

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how long does it take to get the passport back after PPR?
According to Canada Post they have received my passport on the 17th of August. I wonder because I have a flight booked to my country on the 9th of September. The track back has not been activated yet :-[

Thank you all,

=D
