Hi all,

I'm an EE applicant from the US. First of all, I want to say that this forum has been very helpful, so thank you. I have a question about PCC submission after submitting the application. FBI takes a good 10-12 weeks to issue the PCC so I had to submit my application without it. But I did submit a letter explaining the whole situation and my legal consultant said that it should not be problem. The question I have is whether I should submit it via CSE or wait for CIC to ask me for it. My consultant says that I can't submit it at the moment and have to wait for CIC to ask for it but I'm a bit nervous about that. I don't want them to reject my application based on this. My ECAS status changed to "In Process" on Aug. 14. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

ITA: March 27
App Submitted: May 23
AOR: May 23
Medical Passed: I don't know the exact date

ECAS - In Process (Aug 14)

Hi nyer,

I applied without submitting my FBI PCC (same reasons as you) but attached a LOE to my application explaining the FBI processing delay and proof of requesting it. Once I got it I sent it via CSE and got confirmation email from CIC that the document was attached to my application. I would advise you to do the same. Some people have been rejected for missing a FBI PC even after sending a LOE.

Good luck with your application!

Thanks Kucuy15, this is very helpful. Did you direct your CSE to New York or some other location?

CSE's are not directed to anyone in particular, they are sent to CIC.
Follow this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx and fill out the form with all the applicable data, make sure your select "Express Entry" as your application type and submit it. You will get a confirmation email after submission.

Hi Folks,

i need some guidance, i am going to start my EE application along with my family. do i qualify with below points.

• Age: 12 points (35yo)
• Work experience: 15 points (over 12 years)
• Education: 19 points ( MSc from UK (WES done) , BSC Pakistan (WES can't be done , University is closed and not in list of WES)
• IELTS: 19 points (L: 7.5 R: 6 W: 6 S: 7.6 )
Total points are 65 where as i heard that I have to achieve 67 points to enter express entry pool.

what if i get job offer, a company i worked with them in Qatar are willing to hire me under category "O" NOC 0211.

You need to improve your IELTS score first. Unless you have 67 points or more, you are not eligible for FSW EE program.

Only then, if you can get a job which is LMIA approved, you would get additional 600 points.
