I agree with you munjal. As CIC officer said "Your job offer from Domino's Pizza dated October 31, 2013 was for 24 months only. It was not indeterminate" I think if someone work in a pizza store job duties doesn't fall under 6311 NOC. I'm not 100% sure, but my understand that that's the reason of refusal.

Noc 6311-food service supervisor. Lots of people have been getting PPR under that position.
I'm not agree with you. It has to be something else.

It's because they didn't believe that your job was permanent. "indeterminate" means 'no end date on your contract'. You either need to get a new job offer letter from dominos offering you a permanent job, or a new labour market impact assessment.

Yeah i think so.
My boss already made a new letter for me. Let's see what's happening.
Also, they made mistakes with the date I have been working with this company since April 2013, I have 5 months more of LMO. At least they should ask for more documents or call my boss. But they didn't, they just refused right away.

Got my passport back from CIC last night ( took about a week since I mailed it ), and landed at Douglas Border in BC.

To anyone interested, here's my timeline ( inland applicant, FSW ):

Application/profile status = Closed ( around Jul 30 )
Review of eligibility = Passed ( around Jul 30 )
Review of medical results = Passed ( Apr 23 )
Review of submitted documents = No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview = n/a
A background check is needed = Complete ( around Jul 30 )
A final decision has been reached = This application has been approved ( around Jul 30 )

PPR = Jul 28
Passport Submitted = Jul 29
Landed = Aug 6

Good luck to anyone waiting for their PPRs and passports back from CIC! :)

Congratulations!! You wasted no time doing that landing, great job!

Does somebody knows how long they take to refund the money ? I just got an invitation to apply but I sent a CSE as well. Now I don't know if I have to wait for the refund or apply and pay now for this new application.

Any advice ? Thanks

Could you post your landing experience here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/received-copr-papers-and-successfully-landed-connect-here-t334905.0.html

It's the kind of information I wanted before I got my pp back to help me prepare and put my mind at ease.

It takes about a month or more to receive the refund going by this forum hence if I were you i'ld apply now.

Hey Guys - just landed today - finally all done - below is my timeline of things incase it helps (i know i have read a lot of them) - i will keep checking this for a few days if anyone has any questions, then not so much....

FSW in Canada

ITA - 7 Feb
AOR - 2 Mar
BG check in prog - not sure but march sometime
Medicals passed & showing in ECAS - 29 Apr

Additional Docs - 20 July (updated job offer) - submitted same day
ECAS in Process - 21 July
PPR - 24 July
Passport copy and Bio sent - 25 July
CIC received - 29 Jul
return tracker activated - 31st Jul

landed at Coutts today

no issues - took a couple of hours with delays (people with issues ahead of us) + traffic each way, but actual process took 10minutes i guess

asked
1) if committed crime / been refused entry at any point
2) if i had any other dependants than listed

3) what my current status was (implied), so i showed confirmation of application for extension and that was fine.

that was it.... sign here... welcome to Canada!!
