Yes..remember everyone who received ITAs until at least Mid March draws must have LMOs in order to cross the threshold. I have a Perm Job offer (yes, the term is present) and been working for more than 3 years for the same employer.

I received ITA on 27th june and I am gathering documents. I would be very thankful if you can help me with few points.

1.) My full time work experience (2009-2012) and my full time masters degree (2010-2012) are falling in same years. Will that be an issue?

WES has approved my masters degree and given masters equivalency. Also I have class attendance letter from my institute where I took evening classes during my job.
And to confirm my full time work experience during that period, I have offer letter, joining letter, bank statement of salary, relieving letter, roles n responsibility letter from the company.

I am worried what if they only considered one of two (either work exp or masters). But I have proof showing both full time. Please advise.

From my understanding you should only claim points for one of them, since you cannot do both work and study full time and for experience CIC need experience when you were only working full time
2.) In my current work experience (2013- till date), I have consultancy contract which clearly says that I am hired on "temporary basis"(same wording) but my contract is "extendable".
I am working with the same company since 2013. Will that "temporary basis" word in contract create a doubt in the mind of visa officer?
It is better if you can get those precious words in it (Permanent, FullTime and Non Seasonal) but I have seen many people got PPR even without those words but few unfortunate once were rejected on the same premise
However, along with contract letter I have recently taken roles and responsibility letter(which mentions me as full time employee), work duration letter, salary slips (one per quarter since 2013), appraisal letter, also two employment visas mentions my work with the same company. Is it fine to support my experience as full time. I afraid I wont be able to take any other document from them apart from the above mentioned I already received.

Appreciate if you can please guide on above two concerns.

I have a specific question - didn't find answer anywhere here on the forum.

My husband is on implied status right now - his LMO expired after we applied for EE PR, he plays according to the rules, keeps working for the same employer, gave CIC all the documents, reference and confirmation letter, job offer for full-time and permanent employment.

We have our background check in progress for some 6 weeks now and hoping to hear good news within maybe 3 weeks (following the timelines of members of this forum).
We are also aware his employer might be called to confirm the info provided by us.

Now, today in the restaurant he works in showed up couple of guys, who were obviously potential buyers.

My question is: What happens if the restaurant is sold?
This is just hypothetical - no-one sold/bought the business yet and I believe this will take weeks/ months to switch ownership of the subleased business. But do you guys have any opinions on this?
