Help Help..Asivad and other seniors

I Have applied PR under express entry (ITA 22 may). My work permit is expired and I had applied restoration to keep my status valid. I do have a valid provincial nomination under EE .

My question : Can I leave canada and wait for my PR in my home country as restoration will take at least 4 months?

Anyone please??

I think you can leave and wait in your country but in this case, you have to update your address with CIC as you will no longer be in Canada. The other risk is that you will not be able to enter Canada if you have to do any additional paperwork that might be required in Canada (e.g. RCMP). It is your call after all!

Ya I am planning to do an advance rcmp check in case they need it as it is valid for six months

Yes you should and you can also mentioned on the top of biodata form maybe

...
I think it is better if you have a recent photograph. I am sure you won't be looking that different in 9 months Smiley

Thanks a lot dragonSky,
Already sent my passports.

I'll share the detailed timeline later.

Hi friends,
I recently got a concern letter asking new documents to justify my status. I am gathering the information and wondering how to submit those documents using my EE profile. I could not see any option there. Thanks in advance for sharing your experience.

Can you please put some light on what kind of concern letter ?

Just a small update... looking at the recent rejections based on missing keywords in offer letter I submitted my updated offer letter using a CSE with following details.
1. Salary increment update
2. Travel history update since I had two trips outside canada so wanted to keep them in loop (although wasn't necessary)
3. Updated offer letter and letter of employment having the words "permanent, full time on non seasonal basis" and the statement that "The employment will continue after permanent resident status".

I am not sure how it will turn out, will keep you guys in the loop

I also came to know that my company got a LMO audit request for me from Service Canada integrity branch last week.

It doesn't hurt your case.

Good luck brother.
