I got it!! PPR and Bio Data.
Since I'm from Spain and I'm exempt of Visa. So I only have to send the copy passports, photos and bio data paper.

My Timeline:

04 MAY - Submission + AOR
06 MAY - Medicals passed
07 MAY - Req. Doc Celpip - Submitted
08 MAY - BG In Process
09 Jun - Req. Doc Sch. A - - Submitted

I still do not have access to ECAS anyone knows why? This is making me crazy.
Best of luck to everyone

Hi nnik, that sounds like it is a mistake by the VO. Did you put your husband's US address in his Address History under the Contact Details section?

Guysss, i've just got my PPR! Woot woootttt ;D ;D Thank God. BG check just changed to in process. Am over the moon!!!

Armaniz, dont worry too much about ecas not being accessible. Mine has not been accessible since my medical passed on 21 apr to date. I was worried and dropped a few CSE. But it turns up alright with PPR. so it may not matter much. As long as u call CIC and ensure yr application is in their system.

Thanks everyone for the help. This forum is great! Hope you all get yr PPRs soon.

You need not require to submit for CEC unless you claim some points under it. You may send it together.

Thanks, I didn't earn any point for education (as far as I remember) - but I guess safer to send the docs!

I sent my passport yesterday to Ottawa through xpresspost.

Today my Ecas status changed to "In Process" from "Application Received" :P :P :P :P :P

PLEASE HELP-HI, I need help urgently. My husband was just requested an FBI clearance, and a new Schedule A. However, in his personal history, I clearly mention that he stayed in the US from June-October 2008 as a summer worker. What should I do? I don't want to wait 4 months to get this FBI clearance, when he has never stayed for more than 4 months.
VO has it at their discretion to ask for PCC if they feel something might be wrong even if your husband hasn't lived there for 6 months.

I would suggest submit the FBI PCC request and then write down a cover letter explaining that since your husband only stayed for 4 months you want to confirm that if the FBI PCC is absolutely necessary for processing your application. And also tell them that you have already applied for it just in case.

This way if VO thinks he asked for something he don't need he might just start processing your application and if he feels that you still need the PCC then you are already on track.

That is a great suggestion dragon17Sky. It is just so confusing. They are also asking for Schedule A again (I submitted the one 2 weeks ago), saying to pay close attention to the statutory questions. I feel like they think we are lying to them or something. I am so frustrated. The letter says that our file has moved to Ottawa

Dragon17Sky suggestion is excellent and you just have to be patience and not to mess up with those guys!

Good luck!

Hello Guys

I have sent documents to Ottawa case processing center. Is there any way to verify is they received my documents?

If i sent email to ottawa, do they reply back ?
