Yeah my point is they should ask me for additional documents for my education etc. And I did my ECA with WES. Now a send and fox all the documents and appeal a case specific inquiry

You must submit your diplomas (along with a translation if they are not in English or French) for which your WES assessment was made. If you only submitted the WES report than most likely they would reject your application. I've seen this happen to other applicants in other forums!

Send all of this in a CSE and good luck!

When you submit your CSE - be specific in explaining your documents, e.g. your credentials (if it is not in English or French , you have to translate it with a certified translator), WES report and which Canadian degree is the equivalent, and any other supporting documents and request that CIC to reconsider its decision and re-open your application.

Prof of education that I submitted is not acceptable but I did MY ECA with WES and yet my application got cancelled I don't get the point coz even though my prof of education is not acceptable and the deduct the score I still above the margin score that I got invited

You may not qualify for FSW if the ECA is not done as it is the minimum req you have to meet for FSW. Check CIC website more on MEC EE FSW. If your application is cancelled then you may send a Case Specific enquiry with the same details and let them know the dates you're invited and the Cutoff score you have without ECA.

Whats the best way to send passport? Canadapost Xpress post or by courier? Also how long does it take for CIC to return the passport?

Any bad experiences? COz during PPR they also ask you to send empty envelops to return the PP. Not sure how it works with a courier service

Whats happening with people who applied in May?

I guess People who applied in March have started receiving request for PPR. By the looks of it May applicants will start getting some traction to their file at the end of July. :-X :-X
