No need to wait for reply. I also sent an email for address change. I never received any reply, but I checked in ECAS and the address was updated soon after.

I would suggest just send the email and send the passport immediately after. Anyways you will have to include a return envelope mentioning your address (in which you can use new address).

Hi All,

I requested a GCMS notes and got a 149 pages but I'm a bit concerned about this notes "Application sent for R-10 review documents set for review: police certs medicals lang test for PA & SP verified against appropriate website no rep". Does anyone in this forum received the same notes? Is there anyone knows or elaborate there insights about this? I never got any update of my PR application since April 2015 nor receive any document request. What should I do?

ITA Feb 23
App submitted/AOR March 18
Medical passed after 2 weeks
Applied for BOWP May 22 (no update yet) WP expired July 2.
Imm5669&schedule A requested July 3
PPR July 8.

My ecas and MYCIC still in process.
Can i & my spouse cancel our BOWP application ang get a refund for that?

congrats on getting PPR .. yes u shud remove it...as u wud be carrying it when u do ur landing formalities and it will be purged and cancelled at that time.. all the very best.. cheers

What is the approximate time, from the day I send my passport to Ottawa to come back?
Can somebody please help as I will be moving from my current house on 24th July. Also, should I apply for extension of work permit as my permit will expire on 27th July

That is the thing which makes me feel worried.

My ECAs

1 We received your application for permanent residence on January 28, 2015.
2 We started processing your application on March 8, 2015.
3 Medical results have been received.

MyCIC

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
A final decision has been reached Not Started

There is no update whatsoever. I'm still confused as I have no confirmation. I have PPR but no updates on the above

A friend of mine got his PPR in one month and another friend got rejected cuz he didn't mention numbers of hours worked in his reference letter.... too much to take in rite now :-\ :'( ???

Congrats buddy...As soon as you get the PPR status, I believe they will cancel your applicaiton. However, if you have filed it online, you may call the Call centre and update them and they will make the notes on your file. Also, you may ask them is there any other way that you can do to cancellation.

I would like to thank everyone who connect here. This thread is really helpfull. Keep posting guys

It was a roller coaster ride. So many times disappointed when i saw people from May getting ppr and March were waiting like me. But now its my day.
Guys wait for your turn. Everybody will get ppr soon.

CIC people are working hard to make us happy. Wait and stay happy.

Have faith in God.

Did you have an LMIA offer? Did that letter mention that your job was permanent, non-seasonal and full time?

Yes, I have LMO and I have been working 2 years now and the letter states that this is full-time non-seasonal job.
But I don't know why they said they are not satisfied with my offer of employment.
