my current NOC is 8253
it is under type B apiarist technician supervisor
I have LMIA and 12 months experience at the time I was applying. But ITA didn't mantioned I got invitation under NOC 6212.
I think I am gonna apply again.

hmmm.. from what you wrote,it seems to me that your application was evaluated based on NOC6212 which you "don't have much experience under" rather than NOC8253 which is what you have LMIA and 12 month experience under.

Possible solutions

1. You can raise a CSE highlighting this anomaly supporting it with rock solid proof. The onus is on you to provide documents to prove that you were evaluated based on wrong NOC.

2. Open another EE application this time making sure you specifically choose the NOC which you have LMIA and Canadian working experience.

All the best man.. it's only a slight delay which I am sure you would get +ve result from.

Hey, guys I got an update today that my background check has been changed from "In progress" to "Not needed at this time" after I submitted Schedule A on June 6.
I think usually people get "Complete" when their background check is done but I got "Not needed at this time".
Should I freak out or just calm down and wait for the final decision?
Is this going to a good way to get PR?

You may expect a positive result soon. CIC has no set standards when updating MYCIC so far. So, what I observed here is that when the BG changes to Not needed at this time, within few days they may expect a positive response.

How do I know my primary NOC
I got 600 points because of my current employment
I have 16 months experience on my current NOC8253
I don't know what to do know
At least do they refund my money or not
refusal letter doesn't say anything about refund?

Sorry to hear that and unfortunately, they cannot refund the application fee if the application is refused. However, they will refund the RPRF if you paid it upfront. There is a difference between cancellation and refusal. Cancellation means, your file is incomplete and not eligible for processing. Whereas, Refusal means your application was evaluated and the Officer spent time on your file and is not satisfied/convinced with the file.

Please does anyone have any experience with Ontario PNP? I just got a message in my CIC account to contact Ontario for PNP. I created a new EE profile after my application was cancelled during the week. I'm applying from within Canada as FSW.

I got ppr today finally!!! My timeline is as follows:

Jan 29 - EE profile submitted
Jan 31 - ITA
Feb 23 - PR application submitted & AOR received
Mar 15 - Medicals passed, Background check in process
May 26 - Schedule A of spouse requested - provided the next day

One question, the address on my file is outdated, should I update the address in online system or just provide the return envelop with new address?

congrats Veggiem :)

are you on a permanant job in canada or on contract? I just want to know if they are giving 600 LMIA points to contract basis full time jobs or not?

Thanks

Rohit

As mentioned earlier I've done my landing on last Monday is 29th June 2015 .

Yesterday my ECAS overall status changed to complete with the following lines

We received your application for permanent residence on March 6, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 11, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
You entered Canada at the Edmonton International Airport office on June 29, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident.

Once again thank you all
