Call CIC and let them know your issue and also raise a technical issue with CIC.

Jaffa, I did... the problem is that I don't have the 2nd AOR and the call center is helpless then.
They look into my application and said there was nothing they could do from their end. They suggested I should request a temporary visa, but I do need to work!
Everything is so slow now at my workplace that I am already living out my savings!
I send a CSE weeks ago, with no luck....

I'm sure I am entering something wrong in the wizard, but I can't figure out what could be! I'm too stressed... can't think very straight right now.

If anyone could give me a step by step for the wizard, would be a great help.

Hi everyone,

Does everyone receive second AOR or it is normal that CIC skips this step as they do with status updates. I don't have access MyCiC just ECAS.

This is my timeline (single applicant from inside Canada):
ITA received - April 17
Med done - May 1
Application submitted - May 15th
AOR - May 16th

Just recently started checking ECAS. Current ECAS status:
Application received
We received your application for permanent residence on May 16, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 16, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

You won't be able to. You can only see the documents you uploaded when making the initial PR application. But trust that it's been added to your file.

nope cannot see it in CIC .. the CIC call center agent said the documents uploaded thru CSE are appearing now with my EE profile

I was worried because i sent a CSE with my old passport stamps and visas. I got a reply from the CSE the next day but this wasn't a generic one, it stated that they have received my supporting document and have attached it to my application. My fear is that i wouldn't want them to replace my valid/new passport scans with my Old passport scans. Anyway, i called CIC the day i received the reply and they said they couldn't see any additional document attached to my file, i figured probably it takes hours to be updated at their side. I haven't called since then and intend on calling them later on today.

Send a Paper application (BOWP) and it buys you more 3 months with implied status or you may receive your PPR meanwhile. Do it right away and no need to panic on this.

Excellent suggestion and meanwhile you might get your second AOR as well

Today, exactly one month since my BG changed to "In process", I was requested to provide a RCMP clearance certificate for my husband. Does anybody know where is a good place to do it in Vancouver area?

Mine is more than 2 months + 1 week since BG in Progress and 3 weeks since they Requested my SCH-A. So lets relax and wait until our day comes.

It won't replace your old passport submission, it will be added to your file. They'll be able to see both. This isn't something you need to be worried about. Just try to relax.

Hey Guys, My BOWP got approved today. We applied on March 30, 2015. Both BOWP applications got approved including Spouse.

For all seniors on this post.

My BG changed from In progress to Not needed at this time after my ECAS went Inprocess on Saturday adding line we started processing .... on June 17.

Do we need to wait again for BG changing to In progress. I know there are few whose BG changed from Inprogress to Not needed.... Cannot go back all the lengthy pages and see whats their status is now. Any ideas on this are appreciated ???
