Guys. got passport back today. sent on 6th June and return on 19th June.

I want to do border crossing. I am in Calgary. Plz suggest me where should I go and some tips. my friends is giving me ride. I don't have driving licence. can I walk??? Plz need your suggestions. Caraway or Coutts??? I have heard about bad experience of Caraway. I m ready to go to Scouts. but plz send me suggestions on my personal messeges if possible.

I got the RPRF (right to permanent resident fee) request recently (two months after submitting the complete application). Does it means CIC verified all my submitted documents and found them to be ok?

Yes that is what it means. After receiving your payment, CIC will send you PPR.

Hello I work currently under a LMIA exempt position till Sept 2015 .

My new job which is LMIA backed starts from Sept 2015.
My LMIA was valid till May 5 2015 for application for Work Permit and is good for next 3 years once i apply --> I applied for a work permit on April 15 2015 and awaiting response.
This LMIA granted me 600 points

My new employer( Canadian Provincial Government Organization) has written in my letter that my " contract is 2 years and renewable every 2 years thereof " .
Would this be okay or my application would be rejected ??
I am a bit concerned as CIC is rejecting applications for flimsy reasons ??

Congrats...most likely a week or 2 maximum for you to get the Final Information letter. Can you share your timelines and ECAS status?
