bud i send mine on 28 may and received on 1 june and nothing bt cic say they received on june 4 and nothing after that

I sent my passport on May 31st and reached CIC on June 2nd and on June 8th my CIC account changed to closed and other components went to passed and provided .

on 9th evening I can track the return envelop and yesterday it reached since I'm not at home today I went to post-office and collected.


You will get it sooner .


now I need to plan for landing .

I'm from the first batch too, and it's been 7 weeks since medicals got updated to passed and BG check was started.. Have you had any updates lately?

It a sheer injustice to the top ITA rank holders who qualified at the top scores in Jan and Feb and are still struggling to get through.

On the other hand, some applications which stands no where close to top rankers are getting PPR in 4 to 8 weeks. Really frustrating to see the process.

Guys finally. I got PPR request last week. I am primary applicant and I am in Canada. but my wife is in India.

I was asked to submit our passports to Ottawa. it was not possible because my Wife can't send passport to Canada via courier. it's illegal.

so I emailed Ottawa office and they have sent a different letter for my wife specifying India's visa office address in her name. I sent mail last night I got reply next afternoon. so cool. wish everyone good luck.

Hi Dude..Take it easy...Remember that CRS scores are only valid for getting an ITA, but once you submit your eAPR you become the Applicant like all of us. So, CIC treat the files all in the same way. However, depending on the complexities in the case like work experience in different countries, PCCs, dependents may factor the out come.

Let's say of a person with 1199 points has a criminal history, do you think CIC will give him the PR? just kidding!!! So relax, people are waiting since Feb and March and getting their turn from CIC. Good Luck!!

Yeah, I know...we all underwent different pain so we do not harm not even an insect. Just for quick reference I mentioned it. People don't even try for PR and waste their application fee if they have any previous history.
