Hi I need help for following letter received by cic. I submitted my application for EE on may 16th and AOR also on 16th.

"This letter is about your application for permanent residence in Canada. We have begun processing your application. To make a decision, we need the following information/documents:
 Principal Applicant:
 CELPIP: Original CELPIP language proficiency results (photocopies are not acceptable)
 This must be received at this office by: 2015/06/16

 Spouse:
 Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document
 This must be received at this office by: 2015/06/16
Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account.
Please note: The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed base"

My Question is:

1. Where do I need to send the ORIGINAL CELPIP RESULT RECORD? the letter doesn't mention the address to send it to
2. Do I need to send my spouse's passport original or photocopies??

mycic account doesn't show me any option to upload the passport as well. and the mycic status shows your action required.

i'm worried as I only have 7 days in hand and that includes weekend. I called cic and the agent doesn't know what address and doesn't know where to upload the document.

experts please advice.

Hi guys my e cas is not moving at all. Sence may end. It says application received on 3rd march.
What do you guys suggests. Should I call CIC.

You may call them and find out what is happening on your application. When I called, I was informed they can answer the queries for application after 14 weeks of submission. So you may hear something from them.

In your MYCIC account,

Click View Messages > scroll down and see there is a View submitted documents, then click on "View Submitted Documents" > Click Continue > You will now see the list of items that you submitted already along with New "Upload" buttons for that CIC requested from you and submit them. Good Luck. If you do not know send me a PM I will help you.

This is always good..when CIC requests a document means they were still looking in to your file and requires a document to proceed further.

Also, check your submitted application...you might not have filled the Online eAPR properly.

I was requested for Sch A yesterday. I did not leave any gaps, and they have not asked me to fill out the form for any specific period. I just hope it is a good sign. Can't feel good until I see the PPR in my inbox.

SCH-A not necessarily mean to only the address history. It also has the BG declaration, Education, Employment, Address, Military and Organization history etc. So, read your Request Carefully before you submit. Good Luck!!

Timelines are never known. I was requested the SCH-A on Jun 2 and submitted the same day but no updates yet on my case. I submitted my file on APR-06 and received AOR on APR-07.
