Good sign and usually a fairly reliable precursor to PPR... All the best!

Is PPR a separate email different from the typical generic status update email from mycic? Or is it a "Request letter" (in pdf) similar to schedule A request which I received earlier found in applications/profile details page?

send my passport on 28 may return tracker still not activated
my cic status file is open
seniors please help

We sent our passports the same day as you, and only today saw the tracker activated -- yours is surely not far behind! All in all it was not as bad as I thought in terms of waiting -- they received our mailer on June 1st, and sent it out to us within 8 calendar days. If all goes well with the post we hope to head down to the border by the end of the week! :D

Still nothing is changed in MyCIC status.

Although I got a PPR, I thought I could upload scanned passport if the applicant's country is exempted country. Apparently I have to send copied all passport. Just don't need to add envelope to return.
