Guys,

I have a good news. I received Passport request today. I was asked for Schedule A for my spouse on 27th May. CIC asked only for first page of background declaration. I gave only her first page and signature page on 28th May. As I had given all the details of her gaps in Express Entry profile so I thought I should give only whats requested. It was a risk.

But today (June 03) I got got PPR.

My timeline is:

ITA 20 March
Aor 27 March
ECAS Status Application Received 9th April
Ecas Status on 21st May IN PROCESS
Medical Received 2nd May

My CIC
med passed 29th April
Background in progress 21 May
Additional Doc IMM5669 (Schedule A) 1st page only on 27th May
Additional Doc Sub 28th May


All the status is the same as of today. Nothing is changed

Hi anwar21, try to cal CIC call center, they can help u with the eca. May I know on which category u r falling in. Is it FST? CEC? FSW?

Many of you received the RCMP request and that takes time to get. Would you think it would be a wise idea to get this done it advance not too lose time?? How much does it cost? I've been in Canada for just over 2 years, and my partner over 3 years.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of us and looking forward to hopefully reading more good news!

Is there anyone on this forum got their landing paper (CORP ) without a Passport request ?
Basically if your country does not need a visa to enter to Canada then you don't need a Passport request
So my question is how will it like if that is the case?
Will we receive an email from CIC before we receive the landing paper by mail or ?
Anyone ...please help out

Really? I paid 60 thru Commissioner and 65 if you did it in RCMP station. Got it 1 week.

Hello Guys,

Please i need some clarity. When I got my PPR, i was asked to send my passport, photo and update family info if any changes. I have since sent the passport and required documentation even though there has been no changes. My confusion now is that on myCIC account, it states that they need additional docs.

I would like to know if this additional documents required is my passport, photo and documentation which has been sent to the VO since Tuesday or do they expect that I also scan and send these items via myCIC too?

Answers needed please.

Not all applicants are asked for RCMP. To get RCMP, you need to pay around $ 60, depending on the agency which takes finger prints. You would get in less than 2 weeks.

hey, sorry for more questions - any chance you remember when you medicals popped up in ECAS?

Sorry couldn't reply yesterday. Just saw your message.
I submitted my application on March 2 and my medicals was set to ' passed' on March 25.
I know we were not able to access ECAS immediately after submitting application, it took a few weeks to get access. I don't remember when was the first time I was able to access, however when I logged in first time I had 2 lines i.e application received & medical results received.
