My background check changed to "in progress" on 01 June.
No, I didn't apply from within Canada. applied from Nigeria and Ghana visa office is responsible for my application. Thats where I sent my PPR to.

All the best.

Hello Righteous, We have similar timelines and applying from the same region. i would like to ask you one question though. before your PPR, were you employers both past and present called for verification. Are you aware of thar?

express-entry-applicants-who applied under FSTP connect-here please and thanks

i applied about 3 weeks ago so i am not expecting any changes for now, but reading the fstp thread seems that fstp is really slow in comparision to other programs.

Candy18, Congrats :)

Can I ask when did your husband submit all documents to CIC ? Thanks and it will help me to estimate when I will receive a final decision from CIC.

Thanks to all my buddies who are on the edge of getting their's too!!!

What I noticed with the SCH-A is the time that they asked me to provide the information is due to the fact that I have mentioned as working but not claimed any points for this period and so I did not mentioned in the Work Experience. So, now they wanted to clarify this from me before proceeding. For my wife, they requested time lapse data for 14 days. There is a gap that she resigned from her role for our wedding and they wanted to confirm this gap. This is so interesting, I do not know what put like wedding preparations etc. ;D ;D ;D

That is very funny asking for 14 days of gap.

Folks..Those who got the SCH-A request to update the address for a specific period, are you just submitting that specific period or every address? Just to confirm.

Hey Jaffa83,

I assumed that was suppose to be the case when i got the SCH-A request earlier as I was asked to write for specific period but i was asked to a month after resubmit another stating my timeline for past 10 years.

If your timeline cant take the space provided, they advise that one use a extra sheet. the instruction is a the top of the Schedule A forms.

all the best
