Wha's the difference between the two and which should come first..? Before my medical results changed to "passed" and BG check changed to "in progress", my ECAS status was "In Process". After that and until now, it's "Application Received". It's been 33 days since that update.

We don't know for sure but looking at a few peoples application the pattern is
"In Process" -> "Application Received" -> "In Process" -> PPR request

Do not worry, it is all good. Lookslike CIC changed it's strategy in displaying the information in ECAS status. We can see that they were updating the ECAS statuses based on the actual information, which is good. Earlier they used to have the standard message with the acceptance and profile creation dates, but now, they are updating ECAS based on the Actual In Process status date into the ECAS, which gives more transparent info and makes CIC off the hook. This way we can assess our file is In Process based on the date

@ Esantos..Do not worry, they did not started your file then!!

Thanks Jaffa83, this helps. my ECAS status is Application received

Nope, this is kinda missing document to start processing your application.

@ trricky, Did you check with Doctor that he uploaded the emedicals? Sometimes Doctors give this to their assistants and they were so lazy and will miss some information. So, send a Case Specific Enquiry asking whether they have received your Medicals or not. If they have then they will update your file and otherwise they will say if there is an issue with the uploaded documents from the doctor.

Thanks Jaffa83, so there is no way to check online in emedical? Is this working only for Australian?

Thanks for all your help, am trying to create a new EE profile, after getting eligibility number, i cant find the link in MyCIC to use in creating my profile......

I dont know if am doing something wrong, Please help

As of now we have very limited knowledge on CIC functioning with EE. So, why don't you give a try and see meanwhile someone gets up with any other experience/suggestion?

Post here with what columns you want me to update. Last time someone from here made the data go corrupted, so removed the Write access to everyone unless they submit via the form.
