Hi, DRAGON17 SKY I saw ur time line same wat happened to me I got It feb 7 , I submitted February 27 all my documents , I got refusal April 24 th saying that missing of proof of education but I submit my credential in my file ... , I send request notofication letter on 27th .. Still now no updates .. How many days did u get the reply back from cic.. After u send request for notification ... Let me know that will be helpful
Hi All

Previously my application was cancelled on the premise that I did not upload birth certificate and medical for non-accompanying children.
I could have uploaded them if they asked for it but throughout my application I was never asked to upload them.

So I submitted a case specific enquiry explaining the situation and also provided the missing documents after 2 days of cancellation.

Today I got a new message in my cancelled application that it has been reopened.

My medical is in Progress and Background check is also in progress.

I couldn't believe it, after all CIC does listen.

Wow it's miracle ... I know CIC will respond to case specific enquiries

One of my friend is planning to apply thru EE. I had applied thru FSW 2014 and got my Visa but not sure on EE process so not able to help him on this. Please help me answer following queries

1) Shud he get spouse ECA credentials done for his spouse? Does spouse credentials add points?
2) Is this a good time to create an EE pofile?
3) His NOC code is 0113-Purchase manager as per FSW 2014 (as per my knowledge)? Can he apply under the same NOC for EE 2015?

Highly appreciate if someone can throw some light on the above quesion.

2) EE is not FCFS and is based on the score so anytime is good time to create the profile.
3) Yes (it looks like he is from NOC O category)

A job offer with positive LMIA will fetch him another 600 points and will surely get ITA in next draw. With sub 350 score, its uncertain when his turn will come.

Hi lucky, based on your profile status, you mentioned that your "background check is needed" was updated from "In progress" to "Not needed as this time". Mine got updated this morning from "In progress" to "Not started"... was wondering if yours were in fact updated from "In progress" to "Not started" and then to "Not needed at this time"?

I seriously hope that this is a good sign.... as my last status update was 12 weeks ago

Hi all,

Just received a new contract and our original lawyer is not available to translate them document on time by next Monday. It is 7 page employment document in German.

Can you recommend me certified translator in Canada (hopefully certified by cic) whom I can email?

Any help is highly appreciated.
