Contratulations! Woot! BTW, when they requested your CELPIP, do you have to just scan and upload it or send the original copy through the mail? I got a request of my language result and it says photocopy is not accepted?

You just have to scan the original and upload in your Mycic account

as long as your profile is still open and you have submitted all the additional documents, all we can do is wait until the next update from CIC. It's not over 6 months yet for you to be nervous.

Don't worry. Yours would be among the earliest RCMP request cases they will provide the updates. Don't worry too much. All will be fine.

Need advice Guys..

Is it possible to apply for 2 work permit extension?
I'm planning to apply BOWP with my EE Aor and my employer want to apply regular wp extension just to buy time..

waiting for ur expert advice...

If already 4 yrs, apply BOWP..a friend of mine applied extension `just to buy time`but it didnt work...in a month he got the refusal letter of the work permit thoguht it was supposed to be 3 months for the processing right thinking it would help but they were surprised they got in 1 month and rejected.

Hi, DRAGON17 SKY I saw ur time line same wat happened to me I got It feb 7 , I submitted February 27 all my documents , I got refusal April 24 th saying that missing of proof of education but I submit my credential in my file ... , I send request notofication letter on 27th .. Still now no updates .. How many days did u get the reply back from cic.. After u send request for notification ... Let me know that will be helpful

Previously my application was cancelled on the premise that I did not upload birth certificate and medical for non-accompanying children.
I could have uploaded them if they asked for it but throughout my application I was never asked to upload them.

So I submitted a case specific enquiry explaining the situation and also provided the missing documents after 2 days of cancellation.

Today I got a new message in my cancelled application that it has been reopened.

My medical is in Progress and Background check is also in progress.

I couldn't believe it, after all CIC does listen.

My WP expires Nov 2015. My only concern now is that my son's PP Expires November 2015.
I did Medical and PCC for RCMP & Jamaica after Invitation to make sure. Anyone having any question (s) regarding my process, just asked and please everyone be positive. I will be checking MYCIC & ECAS daily & will update you all of any changes.
