I received AOR last april 13
Wheb i checked my ecas. It says:

1. Application recieved your Null on feb 1, 2015
2. We started processing your application feb 24,2015

My question is what does null means? Isnt it invalid?

As for my cic:
application - OPEN
review for eligibility - review in progress

I think it's a software problem. ... Instead of null it should be permanent residency

I am just curious especially for those who received their PPR already, what program or software did you use to merge your pdf files especially bank statements so they will be just in one file? I tried using adobe acrobat but it won't let me merge files without entering a password as it is a secured pdf file? help pls thank you

I have question. How come you ask the person who received PPR for this question?
Because what I understand is that we need to send our original Passport to CIC.
We can scan all page of Passport to send to CIC?

Please help me,
I came to Canada as student permit , finished study working over a year, now my question is

-While I applied student visa, in family story my agent didn't add my brother name in application , which I didn't notice at that time.
-Right now after received ITA, I am filling up my PR application , in family story I want to add my brother name.
-Would that be any problem or any negative effect in my PR application, since the extra information.
-Will CIC ask any question why his name wasn't in my application, while I applied student visa.
-Does application information has to be same , while I applied student permit and current PR application !!!
Any response will be highly appreciated. :)

Hi Iceberg, Do not panic on this, just give them the actual correct details in your PR application that includes your sibling info (even though they were married), spouse and children info (if you have) with your father and mother. They would not mind it coz, here the family situation can change at any time parents gets divorced etc. So, it does not matter. But at least now provide correct info to clear this. Also, say you got married once you got your study permit and your family equation might be changed, or your siblings got married and their family info might have been changed. So, I would say don't worry much on this and Wish you good luck.

FOR those who are trying to get bank statements merged,

Bank Statements are sensitive information i don't trust uploading to online websites to merge,
i have printed all statements and scanned them again as a 1 file.
hope this helps.

Regards.

Hi Sanket.41,

1. Only the person(s) who is/are included in the PR application must submit their PCCs, with exception for kids under 18 years of age. Say, you are submitting alone though you are married and thought you apply for your spouse later, then you only submit PCC for yourself. When you apply for your spouse in Family sponsorship once you got your PR will need to submit a PCC in that PR application.

2. Better to include it under Additional documents (merge all the pdf/jpg files together) and submit them if you does not have a option specific to the above items or any cover/explanation letter that you are interested to submit along.

3. Canada Govt or CIC does not require your Indian Voter ID at all as Passport is the only document allowed as an identity document from Indian citizens. Also, they can allow certain docs like marriage, Birth, Death, Divorce documents etc. You can scan the Birth Certificate or any other documents do you want to submit with your PR application use my suggestion from my answer in point 2.

Feel sorry for you guys. But I have a strong feeling that they will still consider your case because it's only a document missing which might be deleted because of software glitch. I think you guys should contact CIC and you will hear good news again. Good luck

Sorry to hear about your case. But then did you go to "View Submitted application" and continued to checklist documents page? Do you see any new item there that was asked to upload or you don't see anything?
