urgent!!!
I got a message today asking for additional document....it asks me to upload a use of representative form......problem is i dont have a representative. I had a lawyer when i was applying the LMO related closed work visa, and the lawyer's name is somehow linked to my UCI #, it is even on my work visa. But he is not my representative anymore. I did the EE thing all by myself. And I have a week to take action, i am worried that I might not hear anything back from CIC email response.

I think what you can do is to complete the form and say that you no longer have a representative and remove any on file. I think there is a section on that form that you can update such request.

ECAS update/login:
hi - anyone else having trouble login into ECAS? I have an LMO and the 0000-0000 number wont let me log in, I tried all the other IDs I have (Express entry ID, IDs beginning with E, B, etc) and combinations thereof and nothing lets me login. I got the AOR on the 23rd March, no changes since submitting according to MyCIC but a bit surprised i cant even login to ECAS especially since I thought if you have previous IDs from LMO and such, then you should be able to login? Or do they de-activate your old login details?

From previous personal experience, if you cannot locate your application using the file number on ECAS it means several things:
1. They haven't touch your application
2. Due to technical issues they are unable to link your application to your UCI, so you cannot look it up using your UCI
3. Due to technical issues or human error, your application has not been put onto ECAS

But for 99% of the time you should be able to look up your status on ECAS using your FILE NUMBER. If not, then try logging into MyCIC and check the status there although it is usually slower for some reason.

I called CIC today abt my medical status since its already been almost 2 months n nothing has changed. They said medical sometime takes upto 3 months to update. I asked her " have u received my medical. She said no. I said ok i will ask my doctor why he has not submitted my report yet. She said even if he has submitted even in tht case sometimes 3 months. I asked my doctor n report has already been submitted in feb.

I went to my doctor to have him print out the updated sheet that says Medical has been submitted on "date" then phoned the agent after and they said medical results can be floating in the system for as long as it is valid until an officer retrieves it.

Last week I went to CIC recommended physician and I asked about the status whether they dispatched the medical to CIC ..

I gave medical on Feb 21 st they gave me print out and on it I can see they dispatched my medical on 10th March 2015 . but still its not reflecting in mycic account..

even ECAS is not updated still shows application not found..

Last week I went to CIC recommended physician and I asked about the status whether they dispatched the medical to CIC ..

I gave medical on Feb 21 st they gave me print out and on it I can see they dispatched my medical on 10th March 2015 . but still its not reflecting in mycic account..

even ECAS is not updated still shows application not found..

I phoned the Call Centre again and I am starting to think they will recognize me eventually lol!
Anyway, my medical was submitted to CIC on Feb 17 according to the new printout that I got from my doctor earlier in March. I phoned CIC today to confirm whether they have received it or not and they said no. The agent said that medical information doesn't change UNTIL an officer retrieves the file and change the status to "received", so basically all the results are floating in the data world waiting for the case processing officers to pick up.

As for not showing on ECAS, you can look at my response above.

They are workin on first in last out basis. So dnt rush r get panic. For first three weeks submission candidates, their timeline is real six months so dnt expect anything early than that.

How long the PCC valid. I received my PCC on Nov 2014, Will that work if I will apply in may 2015 ? or do I need to get a new one ?

Well, PCCs are valid for one year but CIC accepts PCCs which are no more than 3 months old.

Yes i received my passport on 21st of march with 2 copies of confirmation of permanent resident letters and a single entry immigrant visa stamp on it.... i did my landing formalities at carway canada/US border. I am pr now, i'll get my pr card in two months.
