I think in general my applications/movements have been much earlier/faster than most but I've seen no progress.

I'm becoming suspicious that the CEC/FSW mixup resulted in my application not being re-filed.

I am trying to figure out what factors are causing CIC to process some applications sooner than others; thus, I have created a Google Form to collect data. Yep, a couple of times. Once they said they couldn't access the Express Entry system and another time they said my file is there, it's marked as CEC but it's dated as applied on February 14th instead of February 20th.

They confirmed that there was no change and I should just wait.

It took only 10 days to receive my passport back. I did my landing formalities at Carway border,with my paperwork all done. Very painless,no queue,only a question if we had commited any crimes since our application. It took only 15 mins for everything.
Finally landed, my rollercoaster finally over.
Just can't believe that 3 months ago thought i would be returning to india as no work permit, no lmia and now it has all worked out.
Good luck to all still waiting, things do seem to work themselves out, one way or another

When they asked for the passport did they asked for your work permit too? I think I lost mine.

They did not ask for my workpermit... They only need your passport with 2 photos and biodata form.

I got a message today asking for additional document....it asks me to upload a use of representative form......problem is i dont have a representative. I had a lawyer when i was applying the LMO related closed work visa, and the lawyer's name is somehow linked to my UCI #, it is even on my work visa. But he is not my representative anymore. I did the EE thing all by myself. And I have a week to take action, i am worried that I might not hear anything back from CIC email response.

Write a explanation letter as you said on this forum.

When I phoned CIC on multiples occasions AFTER I have completed my medical the agents specifically mentioned to do it under worker class because worker class is a NON-EDE type (which is the same type when CIC request it from PR applicants in the old system) while family class is EDE type. However, the nurse who registered me said it is not a huge differences and in extreme cases I will have to go back to do some additional testing.

When I submitted my application I did explain in my cover letter the reason I picked worker class over family and etc.
