amit congrats bro... in how long u received ur passport back.....

It took only 10 days to receive my passport back. I did my landing formalities at Carway border, with my paperwork all done. Very painless,no queue, only a question if we had commited any crimes since our application. It took only 15 mins for everything.
Finally landed, my rollercoaster finally over.
Just can't believe that 3 months ago thought i would be returning to india as no work permit, no lmia and now it has all worked out.
Good luck to all still waiting, things do seem to work themselves out, one way or another

I am suprised to see your ECAS update.
Your ITA was issued on Feb 27th and the processing of your application began on Feb 20th.
Thanks strange. Are they looking into the file even before you applied for PR?

I wonder if the draw announcement is a week after when it actually happens. "Processing" could be when they decided to issue the ITA.

There is a long wait to get an appoointment at cic office. I was getting appointment on 15th of may, therefore i decided to go to border. It's written on the confirmation of pr letter that you can also go to the nearest border to do the landing formalities. Booking appointment is good if can wait.

We received your application for permanent residence on January 1, 2015.

We started processing your application on February 20, 2015.

Medical results have been received. updated on March 28, 2015

Is that a typo? ECAS says 20th Feb but you didn't even submit your application until 12th March !

i usually use 300dpi on all my cic papers and save it on pdf.

Thanks! I intend to use 300 dpi/pdf too. Has anyone used a higher/lower resolution?

I don't think there is a typo, if you looked at the other's timelines and ecas, you'd notice the same.
My app was submitted Feb 27, ecas says they started processing Jan 31.

I believe CIC is processing applications based on Express Entry Profile creation date.
