Hi I have applied PR under EE last month.
My current close work permit is valid till Sept 2016 and my current employer wants to fire me.
Can I apply and get a bridging work permit ? or I have to go back India and wait till I get my PR ?

Still no change here, eligibility under review still

I can now see app in ECAS, if I use the app file number instead of the UCI, received app 2nd January, currently processing since 10th Feb

That sucks! I saw some people have same timeline like you, that is why I am complaining about EE processing system.
So far F&B supervisor's processing time is the fastest. Correct me if I am wrong.

I hope your status will be changing all together as you are waiting so long ;)

Amit is F&B supervisor. And there is a guy I've seen from other forum that he got PPR in 47days, and his NOC is F&B supervisor as well.
I saw another one from this forum that he is also working in F&B.

Nata submitted his app in 7th Feb and no progress.
my friend submmited 12th Feb and no progress.

Your case moves pretty fast, I say.

Is medical examination report mandatory before getting AOR?
I think it is, as all documents has to be submitted upfront with our electronic application to PR (e-APR). The IME no. has to be filled up in the forms while applying. Is anyone aware of different circumstances other than this then plz do share?

you don't need the report. you don't even ever get to see the report. It is uploaded by the doctor/practitioner. You upload the document the doctor gives you the day you go for the exam.

Quick question, I got ITA under CEC.
Where do we upload work permit and T4,NOA etc ?? Under emp. Records?? Travel docs??
Also I'm working in same company for 10 yrs and deployed in US, Canada so one exp. Is enough for all with dates to prove to CEC and foreign experience?pls help.

My emp. Letter says so and so started in our company in 2005 and deployed to Canada in 2011-2013 with designation etc with R&R. Hope this is fine for my foreign exp. Reference too??

do we need to do medical before submitting EE application or we have to do it when requested by CIC?

You should do meds after getting ITA. Scan & upload e-Medical form with other documents and then apply for PR.

I am suprised to see your ECAS update.
Your ITA was issued on Feb 27th and the processing of your application began on Feb 20th.
Thats strange. Are they looking into the file even before you applied for PR?
