They are picking files according to the ITA received no matter when u submit it . They r calculating 6 months from the date ITA issued . I am pretty much sure thats their pattern . Correct me if i am wrong . Is der anyone from 3rd draw who has seen movement in his application ? Probably not . So no NOC or candidates are picked up first they r picking up applicants according to ITA issued .

There are people from the first draw who have seen no movement and from later draws who have though.

I don't think there is a fixed pattern.... I'll always think it's all about the officer.

Ok so lets c . Is der anyone from Second draw who have seen movement in der profile ? I dnt agree with that its officer specific movements. All officers r doing a job and they like us needs to show der proficiency to der seniors . An officer can be lazy like me bt he has to show his seniors about some of his progress.. He cant hold files for months and other of his colleagues sitting in next cabins are just storming der work . Something is Fishy ..

I'm 2nd January profile created, 1st draw ITA, applied 9th Feb. I'm FST with 1000 points, LMIA, job and Canadian journeyman certs. I have seen no movement with my app

From 2 comments i came to conclusion that they r processing files according to draw . Eg- if someone from 1st draw submitted file yesterday then applicant will be given priority on file submitted week ago from 2nd draw . If anyone have seen movement in 2nd draw applications then i might be wrong . May be i m on right track ..

here is my time line:
ITA feb 20
Submitted Feb 27
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed On march 17th
A background check is needed Not Started changed from Not Needed on March 18th
A final decision has been reached Not Started

I submitted my Application on March 5th --- I got AOR on March 6th ,2015

I got Invitation in the month of Feb 2015 2nd Draw

my status shows as below

Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time

no ECAS status either it shows application does found due to Blah blah ....Dont know whats happening at CEC.. Any one have Idea whats going on ...

To me the processing order makes no sense......though I am beginning to think the first draw applications may be sitting on the table in CIC's lunch room!!
