I'm talking about application for EE there though, not the ACTUAL application/submission of paperwork (after receiving an ITA) unless that's also what you mean.

ya I submitted the application on Feb 28 after received the ITA in second draw. Had to recollect all my travel which was a pain.

Finally I can access my ECAS using my UCI number. It has been weeks before I'm able to see input.

Looking at the spreadsheet I am guessing they are not touching the application until they receive the Medical results from their Medical Panel.

Hi. I'm sorry if this question has been asked already. I am applying to the Federal Skilled Workers through the Express Entry program. I received an Invitation to Apply. I have all my documents ready except for the FBI Criminal Records Report. Due to recent changes in the FBI IT system, the report will take 14-16 weeks and I will not receive the report before my 60 days to finish my application is up. Is there any way that I can submit my application and submit the report after the 60 days are over?

Hey, yep you just have to include a letter of explanation saying that your FBI record isn't included in your submission due to the delay.

It should be fine.
