The call centre agent I talked to this morning was really lazy. He told me that he is not able to check it without trying while in the past every agent I called in regards to my EE application was able to look it up.

On the other hand, in queue awaiting processing means they haven't touch your application (especially if you cannot look it up on ECAS using the file number). May I please ask when did you create your EE Profile? I have a feeling that it has something to do with the date that you created your EE Profile because of how AOR states the application was received on the date you created your EE Profile instead of the date you submitted the complete application. They gotta have a reference point to determine which application to process first after a complete package has been submitted and I am guessing the date you created your profile plays a role; otherwise, it wouldn't be mentioned on the AOR.
hi i apply also FST feb 14 still review in processing. create EE profile on 2nd January?!!

Hmm maybe scores ARE the issue?

I was part of the first batch (although halfway through February I was one of the people who was switched from FSW to CEC) and I've seen not a single iota of progress.

My points score is 892 so presumably very low for the first batch.

Does anyone know what sort of point scores the applicants who have seen progress had?

I received an email from CIC awhile ago asking for additional docs. Can someone tell me how to upload new docs because it seems like its locked and cannot be modified.
My timeline EE- FSW

01 JAN EE Profile Created
01 JAN EE Profile Submitted
31 JAN ITA Received
17 MAR Application Submitted
19 MAR AOR Received
19 MAR Review of Eligibility in Progress
20 MAR Review of Medical Results Passed
20 MAR Background Check in Progress

Dear All,

I am trying to figure out what factors are causing CIC to process some applications sooner than others; thus, I have created a Google Form to collect data. If you would please kindly provide input and comments that would be wonderful. (Please note that you can go back to the form and update your answers).

You can access the Google Form here: http://goo.gl/forms/7yQW8NLs1u

You can view the results at the link below:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fG9xoOoUPEMJrt7cOi5tzYwp7V2u4NDMi8Ighmz1oW8/edit?usp=sharing

Please inform other members to have them complete the form so we have a good idea the average processing time for typical application and hopefully to see a pattern.

Thank you.

I'm not sure how CIC process EE wherein some applications are processed a bit faster than others, they say its according to the EE points that they got before getting ITA

you should have an additional button (it appears when they ask to upload new docs)

I was asked to submit my Celpip.. I did not have any problem to find how to upload it..

What did they ask u?

My score was 1000+ and I have seen applications being processed faster than mine with a lower score too; thus, I want to know.

Also, please note that I have updated both links to reflect a change, so if you would please update the links in your quote that would be wonderful.

interesting..
how long have you been living in Canada?

regarding the EE processing time I believe it depends on many factors:

NOC
Country of Origin,
Family or Not,
Personal History (some histories are no easy to check)
Time spent in Canada
Passport
Stamps over your passports,
Trips
And last but not least the officer who is handling the practice could be fast or slow, he could have more than one app to process etc etc...
We have to only hope and wait.

This is awesome!

I added mine. I hope you get a lot of responses because this initiative could really help us spot a pattern.
