I'm in a very similar situation.

I rang the call centre and they confirmed my application was accepted and fine.

I have no idea why they can't find our applications on the online system. Frustrating.

My NOC is 7312 Heavy Equipment technician and hold 4x Canadian journeyman certs with 2 red seals.

I'm wondering if the profile score is the decider?? Mine is c950.

It is certainly not the date of submission.

Unless they submitted their BOWP application on January 11 (which is impossible) then no one has gotten it yet. Check the processing time on CIC website for work permit then you will know approximately when to ask your question again.
