Hi guys.... I have a quick question I applyed my pr through one of immigration consultant. Now I don't have my mycic account to check my application status I called to my consultant they said no change. I hired him because from by study permit and my workpermit everything he did that's why. My question is if status change will you guys getting any mails or you guys checking everyday mycic account. I don't know what happend my application status. My EE profile created jan 2nd, got ITA on 31st jan (CEC), pr submitted on feb 27th. I did my medicals on 5th feb. Please give me any suggestions.

u can login to your cic account through your bank account. That is the way you don't have to call your consultant.

My info is below - medicals, background check etc. are all still showing 'Not Needed at this time'. I'm nervously awaiting the outcome of my open work permit application and hoping that I get eligibility for the PR application passed in the next few weeks before the work permit gets processed.

31 JAN ITA Received
20 FEB Application Submitted (under CEC stream)
20 FEB AOR Received
20 FEB Review of Eligibility in Progress
02 MAR BOWP application submitted

I would suggest you to create a mycic account and link your application. There should be an option after you log in.

How did you submit your BOWP application? is this a paper application OR online ??

You can do both, but do it on paper as it takes longer to process to get implied status, include copy of AOR and explanation lettter.

Still no change on my status, under review for eligibility, 6 weeks after application was submitted. Still cannot see the app through ECAS either

I submitted my application on Feb 19th and the only update I had is that the background check changed to: Not Started.
Is that ok? Also, they couldn't find my application when tried checking status on the online system.

I'm in a very similar situation.

I rang the call centre and they confirmed my application was accepted and fine.

I have no idea why they can't find our applications on the online system. Frustrating.
