one question guys, today on my ecas, i have only 1 address that is my correct address, until Yesterday i had 2, one mailing (my old address ) and 1 home address,
does that mean someone is working on my file ? so i should expect some movement soon ?

Guys,

Did you notice any change in the way ecas is set up? It use to be just mailing address but this morning I logged on and notice that it has both mailing and home address.

for me it was always like that in ECAS, home + mailing address (I know for sure because the two are different in my case).

Hello All,

I received my Passport request today morning. I applied with my spouse. She is currently not in Canada. I did email CIC a request to get her visa printed in Pakistan. I have 2 questions;

1) How long does it take (an approximation) for CIC to reply? I know lots of forum members have contacted CIC for the same issue. Would appreciate your feedback.
2) Should I send in my passport, BIO data and photographs now, or should I wait for CIC's reply first?
3) If I do have to send in my passport now, do I even have to fill in my spouses' details on the BIODATA page?

Hi jass kang , I had applied from inside Canada,ITA feb 27 ,file submitted March 12 th under FST score 781 , married. since June 9th my Ecas updated to In Process. 3 lines,1. your application received on march 12th,
2. we start to process your application from June 9th ,
3.medical received.

My employer not interested to revise the offer letter and HR is saying that reference letter should be sufficient. I don't know what will happened so worried., :-X

I have no actual idea but offer letter should be full time and permanent and there should be mentioned u will be working atlist one year aftet u accepted pr

Got my Passport Request a few minutes ago, Alhamdulillah. I still haven't even submitted my Schedule A and they sent me a request.

Hi Iceberg - He asked if i have committed any crimes, and how much i had in my name.

On the US side, he asked for my documents and if i had ever been refused entry into the US. Hope this helps

Also, if you are NOT in the database and have an AOR in April, please post your complete timelines in this thread as follows, (in order to be added) :

Hi All,

I completed my flag polling at Rainbow bridge today. This was smoothest. I reached the bridge around 8 AM. I walked to the US end where the US officer asked my purpose of arrival. Before I could have said anything, he himself said "Are you here for flag poling". I just said yes.

He then issued me a admin refusal latter in just 2 mins, and asked me to follow the same way back to Canada. When I reached Canada check point, again there was no one except me and an officer. The Canada process took only 10 mins more.
