I am in Qatar currently and Qatar doesn't have a visa office here, I think. I want to say the Abu Dhabi visa office is the closest visa office to Qatar. I believe the visa office is based on your country of residence when you submitted your application. Why did you ask?

Hello, everyone. So after making the preps for a few years Ive decided to take the plunge and gather documents. Only to discover there are no IELTS openings before DECEMBER!! I applied but I really thought I would be able to submit by summer. Going abroad would dip into proof of funds. Any advice?
