Congrats to all of you who have seen success in this journey, and best wishes to those on their way to success. Glad to see JA folks supporting each other like this, it's really heart-warming. Any room here for a GT girl with Canada dreams?

What position are you currently in and how long have you been in this position? that is what will really determine which should be used. Also you can use the come to Canada tool to calculate your points based on both nocs then see which one gives you more points if either does and then make a decision.

Once you respond I can get a clearer idea and be able to provide clearer advice with justification.

I am currently in the HR position now for 1 year and 3 months at a different place. Before my current position i was working in HR from 2009 else where

Can anyone tell me the photo specification for express entry. I am seeing where CIC says 50mm x 70mm, however the document checklist for upload says at least 35 x 45mm. What is the correct size pleaseeee??

You probably figured this out by now but if not, I would suggest doing what is requested in your application.

I honestly didn't put in any work, i was travelling for work leading up to the test. The night before i looked at the sample papers on the British Council site for the format. Pay attention to the instructions and the time allotted for the writing section.
