What are your points looking like Ally?

Hi All,
I'm from Jamaica, currently in the Express Entry pool and recently applied for OOPNP. I feel that OOPNP is the only way I will make it to Canada. My points in Express Entry is only 411.

Hi everyone,

Patiently waiting on a message from cic to pay RPRF.

My time line:

March 20 - Invitation received
April 17 - Application submitted and AOR received
April 20 - IELTS requested
April 21 - Submitted IETLS
April 21-25 thereabout - Medical passed and BG went to in process

ECAS
3 lines with medical received around April 25

As fast as those things happened, that was it.... nothing more.

Here patiently waiting on God to say its my time now :) The wait can be overbearing though.

Applied from inside Canada with 3 dependents. Work permit will be up early August.

I am sitting at 406. Just got bumped up to 406 so I am planning to withdraw my profile and recreatewith the hope that I can get a PT nomination from Ontario. Thats the only province I want to go.

howdy all. How unnu do? I got my IELTS results in May & my ECA results in late July. I was accepted into the pool on July 1st with 407 points & got a "consideration for nomination" for Ontario on July 4th. Seems like a good pace to me. Is it? I'm new to all this, jus wingin it as i go.

Take up the OOPNP if you get the nomination. It doesn't look like the points are coming down to the low-400s soon unless CIC starts issuing thousands of ITAs at a time. And Ontario should be good for what. What line of work are you in Jigga?

hi mi J'CAN frendz i here waiting tmrw mek 8 weeks mi submit application. Praying for PPR ::)

I'm in the electrical field, NOC 2243. I really wanted Alberta but i guess i'm not a chooser in this case.
1) Hw likely is it to get a nomination in the first place much less to get one & wait on another?
2) Hw long does a nomination offer take to expire?

I guess I am one of our many country men hanging in there for PPR.

ITA: March 20th
Submitted: May 6th (AOR same day)
Language result request: May 6th
Medical Received: May 8th
Background in Process: May 11th
RCMP for CND Spouse: May 11th (This was cancelled on July 2nd after I sent a case inquiry.

So I guess I am waiting patiently like everyone for PPR.

No idea for both questions. You can do some research to find out.

Wednesday makes 11 weeks for me. I'm hoping it will happen this week so I can give my boss a small talk about leaving in September.
