Hi Guys,


Nyla given that you also are required to submit your documents to High Commission of Kingston is there anything else I must include in my submission apart from the following:

- Passport,
- 2 Pictures based on specification (with 1 of the pics dated and the address of the photographer), and
- paper with my eye colour and height


Any form I need to fill out etc??

I sent a passport submission form that I did up myself. My friend got a form with his PPR letter so I included all the information his form requested.

The submission form had my first name, last name, passport number, application number (e.g. E000123456), eye color and height in cm.

I also provided my contact details: phone number, email address, home address.
