Express Entry and Student VISA

Hi,

My application with CIC is pending (score 446) and I have got an admit from a college in Canada. I have a few questions in this regard,

# Are there any chances of getting my Student VISA rejected because my Exp Entry application is pending with CIC?

# If I do get the Student VISA, will I have to force close my Express Entry application or getting the VISA could help me and husband to get any extra points to our existing applicatio?

# Are companies biased towards taking people with a PR and not with a dependent work permit, eventhough theoretically it would be an Open Work Permit.

My score has now reached 453. What chances do we stand to get ITA in such a case.

I would like to continue with that even after getting a Student VISA. I was told by a consultant that I will have to withdraw my PR application. If dont withdraw and my ITA comes eventually after having a student VISA, would my and my husband's VISA status be changed?

Although in a very initial stage, I am also having the dual possibility of getting student visa and at the same time applying in the PNP stream. Now in case I receive an student visa first and decide to move for my academic pursuits what could really happen. Do I need to continue with the immigration application in parallel. What are the chances of getting a job there after finishing an Canadian MBA. Which one would be a safer bet? Though I don't mind to get in to a PhD program if the situation demands.

I have a friend who is currently studying as a part time Masters student while he's also working full time. He has a post-graduate work permit and has a valid express entry profile in the pool with 444 points. So you don't have a problem studying while being in the pool.

I did Bachelors Of Commerce in 2010
MBA in 2012 (Finance & HR)
Joined a Private Bank as Ass. Manager in July 2012 after my MBA.
Working with the same bank till date as deputy manager (operations).
Got Married in 2014.
Applied in express entry in june 2015 and my profile will get expire in june 2016.

Now want to apply for study visa.
Can anyone suggest any post graduate professional course after mba.

What are the chances of getting student visa ??
Please suggest.........

On a study permit you can only work part time maximum 20 hours a week and only full time during breaks. Plus a part time course brings in doubt the actual study permit validity as should be a full time attendance/course. For sure full time even to qualify later for a PGWP if that is required later.

Score of 453 currently believe long way off being selected which is in region of 480 plus

Try to study for 2 years at least to get 3 years PGWP. You only pgwp once.
