Express entry and quebec immigration program

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is ok to apply for both express entry and the quebec immigration programm at the same time? I already received ITA but I am not sure if the noc I have chosen is the right one for me or no, and even if Quebec's programm takes more time, it is far simpler on that case that express entry.

Heard that the Quebec one is pretty snail-slow. But if you want to go-for-it then be my guest. Good luck.
