Express Entry and Entry to Quebec

I would like to know if it is possible for a person who gets PR through Express entry to move to Quebec for Job. I mean if I get PR and land in Ontario, Can I search for jobs in Quebec and relocate there.

I would like to know if it is possible for a person who gets PR through Express entry to move to Quebec for Job. I mean if I get PR and land in Ontario, Can I search for jobs in Quebec and relocate there.

I was living in Montreal recently and some guy I met in school was trying to do this. He even got a fake address in Ontario from a friend and everything. He was positive it would work because the PR is federal so Quebec would have to recognize it. Don't know how it worked out for him though
