Hello, would you please advise:
1. Im on a closed work permit and have been working for that employer since April 2022. I have received 50 points for the job offer in EE and with 490 score waiting to be drawn under fsw soon or cec in april. Can I change my job by applying for a new WP and receiving the IRCC approval email while I wait for the new WP processing ?
2. If so, will I lose that 50 points on EE ?
3. If I get drawn and apply for a bridge open WP, can I start working for the new employer while my bridge WP is being processed?

If you want to claim 50 points for having a job offer then you should remain with that employer until you are approved for PR so that IRCC doesn't deduct the 50 points and tell you that you no longer meet the points cut off for ITA. If you want to switch employers, then have your new employer get an approved LMIA so that you can continue to claim the 50 points under your new employer.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Just to confirm do you think it will be ok if I get and ITA and while my PR is being processes I get another LMIA job offer I am good for PR 50 points although its for another company ?

I think you are good as long as when you switch to a new employer, it involves an approved LMIA. If you're just switching employers under a BOWP (no LMIA), then you're no longer entitled to the 50 points.
