express entry- age factor

Hi,
I supposed to take an ielts exam but because of the coronavirus it was canceled. In addition, many countries have suspended the ielts exam until April. On May I'll have my 30th birthday and my question is whether the Canadian government will change the age factor for people who want to apply for the express entry program.

Others can comment but seems unlikely I would think given they would possibly need to create exception for anyone who was 30 regardless of COVID add to which who is to say everyone in the world has not been able to follow through their IELTS how will they determine that.

Nobody knows what if any changes or exceptions will be made to the process though

Mostly they couldn't change the age factors and basic eligibility criteria because of Carona, It will take time to settle down the things.
