Express entry age calculation time

I have a simple question about age calculation:

Is the age considered at the time of applying for express entry or at the time of getting invitation?

For example, if I am 30 at the time of creating my express entry profile, and then after a month I turn 31. At this point will I get points for age 30 or age 31.

till the time u get ITA, ur latest age would be considered. in your case, 31 would be considered if you rcv ITA after that, thus reducing the points.
