Express Entry - Advice for 14 Years experience HR professional

Hi, I am new to this forum and looking for guidance to opt Express Entry for immigration purpose. I am a HR professional with 14 years of experience. I am an Indian national and have worked for 1.5 years in Europe between 2012-2014.I have an MBA in HR and Executive Course in HR

I want to seek guidance, does Express Entry is based on point system as I am single and I understand apart from educational qualifications, IELTS score and age is also a factor.

Post getting my IELTS score, what is the procedure to apply for the same.

Any inputs / guidance will be highly appreciated.
