Express Entry: Additional medical requested

Hello Everyone, I am hoping someone can answer this question. I have applied for express entry after medical exam my Panel Physician found a scar on my lung and refereed to specialist. She also sent my medical report to CIC.
Specialist cleared me from TB. He also did CT scan and there was no scar.
But now CIC has sent me a letter today for further testing. I am wondering If they will accept Specialist report or I have to do that tests mentioned on the letter.

Did your panel physician not send the report to CIC ?
You should do the test as requested by CIC and send the specialist report too.

No she didn't send the report as results from specialist came late. That's why I am wondering if they only accept the report from specialist.
