Express Entry 34th Draw Forecast

Hi There!!

After the nail biting wait for 33rd Draw, the cut-off was a whooping 534 with only 799 invites.
And the wait starts again for the remaining candidates.
What do you all think would be the cut-off score, number of invites and date of next draw?

Does anyone speculate the cut-off to go down? As the same thing happened last year, May 2015 had only one draw with a cut-off over 755 points.

Thank You in Advance!! :)

I think the next draw has a score of CRS 500 with applicant numbers at +/- 850.

As I said in my other posts, IRCC is adjusting the CRS score to accommodate the refugees intake and decrease the economic applicant intake.

I think the CRS cut off of 500+/- will stand for the foreseeable future.

I think predicting IRCC CRS scores is more like predicting the lottery. Certainly the score will go down sometime, definitely when most backlogs will be cleared and the 2016 quota will be met (including the economic stream cut/refugee increase), but until then making predictions it's just (random) guessing.

It will be either 500+ or go back to 468+.

I think soon there will be express entry draw forecast apps for iPhone like weather apps. They will forecast the probability of having a draw everyday and what would be the score.

I assume it would be as inaccurate as weather apps lol

Great idea for a programming student.... ;D

To be honest after all misfortune or whatever, it's threads like this that keep momentum alive and kicking.

Of course, besides waiting we have nothing to do so why not make ourselves happy with these analysis.

500+ ...scores expected to start decreasing in June/July draw
there might be a change in draw system, making separate draws for CEC.

I believe that the minimum score will come back to 450-470 from time to time. Let's consider what the typical 450-470 person would look like:
- a married person
- with a master's degree
- in their 20s or early 30s
- spouse also has a master's degree
- both have overall IELTS scores 7-8
- both have several years of experience in NOC professions in their home country
- no Canadian experience/education/relatives/job offer

how typical does it look?

Now, with the growing proportion of people outside Canada in the draws (I'm not allowed to post links) I don't believe that the minimum score will remain significantly above 470. If it does that will mean that Canada only needs single PhD's with IELTS 9 band scores(the current rate at which people find LMIA offers doesn't imply they'll meet target immigration quotas using only candidates with offers)...
